Job description:

We at Juniper Networks are seeking continuing students who are interested in Services Product Management Summer 2025 Internships, and are excited about learning product management with AI powered SaaS solutions.

Work alongside Services Product Managers to define product strategy, feature requirements, and success metrics. Translate user needs and business objectives into clear use cases and delivery requirements.

Collaborate with delivery teams to teams to build, iterate, and services features.

Conduct internal stake-holder interviews, analyze usecases, and monitor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Define metrics and build reports or dashboards for relevant services offerings.

Successful candidates must:

• Be enrolled in Bachelor program in computer science or related field, and graduating December 2025 or later
• Strong interest in technology, product management, and/or AI-powered solutions
• Knowledge of IT services, IT infrastructure & System
• Passion for tech, customer-first mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.

Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge in one or more areas listed below:

• Knowledge of cloud delivered services, telecommunications & networking, network security
• Background in atleast one of area including SaaS Solutions, Data Science, Networking technologies
• Executive presentation skills
• Market research & product/user analysis
• Working data e.g. Business metrics, dashboards, kpi

Minimum Salary: $66,399.84

Maximum Salary:$95,450.37

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $66,399.84 and $95,450.37/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
