Get to Know Your Team:

  • Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 health care clinics and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 health care provides.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical and Operational Documentation: Lead the planning, development, implementation, education, and training to streamline workflows and integrate evidence-based practices.
  • System Design and Support: Standardize applications, resolve deficiencies, and collaborate with IT, Clinical Operations, and market leaders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Issue Resolution: Excel in identifying and resolving issues while maintaining open communication throughout the process.
  • Clinical Systems Evaluation: Provide consistent support in outpatient clinics to aid in clinical transformation and maximize the use of information technology.
  • Project Management: Prioritize requests, develop electronic healthcare record platforms, and offer technical training and support to end users.
  • Staff Development: Keep management informed about staff skills, resolve technical issues, and stay current with industry practices.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide call support, conduct clinical education, educate providers, implement process improvements, perform clinical observations, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Includes travel to organizational facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • 3 years' experience in healthcare or healthcare IT related field.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Prior clinical experience is highly desirable

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

  • Informatics or teaching/training experience.
