Responsibilities * Handle 80-100 calls daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues * Provide expert knowledge on banking products (checking, savings, loans, credit lines) * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions * Offer financial solutions tailored to member needs * Process loan payments and accounting transactions * Ensure follow-through and problem resolution Qualifications * Outgoing, personable candidates passionate about customer service * Retail, call center, or financial institution experience preferred * Strong computer skills; ability to multitask efficiently * High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr.
