Description * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored marketing solutions. * Prepare and present regular updates and performance reports, highlighting KPIs and strategic insights. * Tackle project challenges swiftly, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. * Monitor budgets closely, aligning financial performance with project objectives. * Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, delivering actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Maximum 3-5 years of experience in account management or project coordination within a marketing or advertising agency. * Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing projects. * Advertising agency experience required. - Agency titles: Senior Account executive or Account Supervisor Experience Level Intermediate Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
