This critical position drives the strategy for talent management, development, and learning technology, while implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives to drive organizational success. This role will facilitate the integration of talent management and learning technologies across the organization, ensuring a cohesive approach to employee development.
- Technology Solutions: Lead the integration and optimization of talent and learning technologies. Evaluate, implement and enhance the learning experience and improves talent outcomes. Translate sophisticated technical information into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences, ensuring the platform meets current needs and is scalable for future demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners across HR, IT, Legal, and other enterprise wide groups to ensure initiatives are delivered seamlessly considering business outcomes in mind. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and customers.
- Insights: Apply data and analytics to measure the efficacy of technology platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Creative Problem Solving: Encourage and implement creative solutions to complex challenges. Champion a culture of thinking creatively to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Team Building: Lead and manage a team of outstanding professionals, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Learning Technology Management: Partner across the enterprise to understand business needs and provide technology solutions. Implement, enhance, and innovate learning platforms (Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Marketo, and other integrations). Build close partnerships with Product teams to drive customer zero, product feature enhancements, and Adobe on Adobe (AoA) initiatives. Integrate learning into talent processes throughout the employee journey.
- Talent Management & Development Technology: Partner closely with business leads to prioritize, recommend, and execute impactful programs. Drive execution of technical delivery of talent programs like check-ins, talent reviews, goals, feedback-related changes, mentoring, skills, and others. Ensure consistent and high-quality support for these activities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A track record of 3+ years of optimally leading high performing teams, with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language effectively. and communicate across all levels of the organization
- Experience with Workday Talent Management & Adobe Learning Manager or similar learning technology required.
- Proficiency in storytelling and effectively communicating the business impact of the team's work.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $119,700 -- $240,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
