Title: Business Planning Analyst
Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $85,000 - 110,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: In this role, you will support the Business Planning team with tracking activities for the monthly financial estimate, order control and rail plan support. The ideal candidate can identify and solve problem independently, is flexible and action oriented. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the chlor alkali business and grow within the organization.

Business Planning Analyst Essential Functions:

  • Chlorine, Hydrochloric Acid and GCO demand planning and tracking (including order control and estimate).
  • Rail Planning and scheduling support.
  • Reporting (Inventory, ESOP support, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting Salesforce and other tools.

Business Planning Analyst Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree*; Engineering, Chemistry, Business or related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented, results-driven individual.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking background.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlook ups, xlook ups, detailed formulas, pivot tables, IF statements).
  • Experience with analysis for Office or similar application preferred.
  • Experience with Transpara Visual KPI Dashboard preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred, SAP experience preferred.
