Job Title: Quantitative Analyst Location: Block 23 What you'll do: As a Quantitative Analyst you'll use data science tools, such as SAS/MS SQL, to merge, concatenate, and improve data quality, and verify the consistency and accuracy of data sets prepared for the data modeling team. You'll assist with existing automated processes for CECL, DFAST, and other stress testing Models. Also, the Quantitative Analyst will support the Enterprise Modeling Team by providing data analysis and ongoing model monitoring support. You'll participate in the User Acceptance Testing process design, implementation, and deployment to meet strict regulatory SOX and MRM requirements. Act as primary backup for Quarterly CECL Production processing, to include intermediate to advanced SAS programming, and deployment to meet SOX/Audit change management requirements. Act as primary backup for Moody Macro Economic weekly production processing to include scheduling, SAS programming user acceptance testing, and deployment to meet SOX/Audit change management requirements. Assist with execution of the User Acceptance Testing process including creation of acceptance criteria, development of test procedures, test execution, and test result archiving for internal system modifications and third-party deliverables. Develop reports and model output using Tableau and other Business software and distribute to internal customers. And assist IT with the management of SAS Server environment (manage PII data exposure, new user training, managing file storage capacity, etc.) and offer support to all SAS programmers using SAS. What you'll need: 5+ years of related experience in Complex Financial Modeling & Model Mgmt. or similar field. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAS Admin experience preferred (use of SAS Data Management Console) and data Analysis with large complex data sets and data warehouses. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Project Management, some experience with MS Project and MS Visio, and high-level Excel knowledge are required. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
