POSITION OVERVIEW Milliken & Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Laurel Plant in Gainesville, Florida. As a key member of the plant management team, the HR Manager will lead all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role oversees recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance, while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across all levels of the organization. The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources in Spartanburg, SC, and will have two direct reports. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to partner effectively with associates at all levels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
