Responsibilities
Arcfield is looking for an experienced Systems Integrator to support programmatic compliance of system developments and operational activities. Tasks shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Track Sponsor's day-to-day technical operations schedule.
- Establish and implement a process to track progress of various Sponsor projects and collaboration partners.
- Track projects utilizing specific accesses and ensure targeting sets between programs and other mission centers are being exchanged.
- Develop and maintain program management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain configuration baselines and change management processes.
- Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain integrated operations schedules and ensure programs follow those schedules.
- Drive and inform future technical decisions with information gathered from Sponsor's mission partners.
- Support requirements development, verification, and traceability.
- As needed support the development and maintenance of portfolio frameworks to document initiatives, planned system recapitalizations, pre-planned product improvements, and strategic plans.
The SI may be required to travel to other locations within the WMA. The SI will be subject to an additional security review process requirement that can take up to 6 weeks.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience performing these systems integration services for a government customer with more than one stakeholder.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience providing operational engineering support to a government organization focused on bolstering the Government's intelligence advantage.
- Expertise in creating and managing configuration baselines and change management processes.
- Experience applying program management processes and procedures
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
- Ability to create and maintain integrated operations schedules.
- Expertise in requirements development, verification, and traceability.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails, develop fluency with online tracking tools rapidly and effectively.
- Interest in and ability to learn technical cyber threats and mitigations.
- Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise.
- Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and follow through.
Desired:
- Prior experience supporting the Sponsor's operational mission.
- May also have a related technical undergraduate degree.
- Preferred Mandarin language capabilities
- Expertise in materials and supply chain risk management, communications and microelectronics.
