Scope:

Responsible for implementation and maintenance of critical data management systems throughout the facility. The role is essential in providing accurate information to drive business focus and continuous improvement. Working with IT, ME, Quality, operations & test you will be responsible for developing / maintaining data systems that provide real time key manufacturing performance data and translating into a format that is easily interpreted such as Power BI dashboards. In addition, you will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of systems that drive essential core improvement processes such as CAPA, ECN, SPC, Calibration, PFMEA etc. Focus will be on automating data collection from various outputs throughout the facility and providing clear information dashboards.

Duties:

  • Maintain, update and improve current excel based data collection systems for essential business metrics such as RMA, Scrap, Yield etc.
  • Maintain, update and improve current ETQ system and work with corporate quality on next generation QMS software / system implementation.
  • Support Health of Factory implementation, from data collection through to dashboard reporting
  • Support Statistical Process Control implementation, from data output from measurement system through to software management of real time reporting and OOC escalation process.
  • Develop current ANDON system to provide long term trending to drive downtime reduction
  • Support implementation and development of MRP

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Highly developed systems thinking: Understanding how different parts of a system interact and how changes in one part can affect others.
  • Knowledge of SPC software such as GainSeeker and SCADA systems such as ignition
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, software development, cloud computing, and data architecture.
  • Strong problem solving with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Data Analysis and Modeling. Ability to analyze data, identifying trends, and create models to support decision-making. Knowledge of Power BI / Industry 4.0 a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and how systems can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboration and ability to working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Education and Experience:

Education:Bachelor's Degree in technical field such as computer science, engineering, IT

Experience: 2-5 Years experience in a relevant manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$91,859 - $161,546

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
