The FOX Corporation Ad Sales department seeks an innovative and energetic candidate for the Vice President of Converged Media Activation role on FOX's Ad Sales Ad Solutions team. This team plays a pivotal role in understanding and addressing client and market demands and assembles, packages, and catalogs new solutions while collaborating with various internal departments across FOX Corporation's diverse business units to implement strategies for new advertising products and initiatives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of experts focused on developing the next generation of converged media ad products, encompassing traditional linear and digital solutions.

  • Define the strategy and build ad capabilities to support growing market demands of converged media buying,

  • Support and meet regularly with Ad Sales, Pricing and Planning, Ad Operations, Ad Partnership Strategy, and FOX brand teams to intake requests and communicate ad product capabilities, improve processes, and ensure maximum revenue generation.

  • Attend client sales meetings with the Ad Sales team to ideate new ad product needs with clients.

  • Maintain relationships with internal IT teams and external vendors to execute product integrations across FOX properties.

  • Define and document operational workflows for the smooth execution of all ad products.

  • Partner with the Product Marketing team on go-to-market strategy and internal training for new product releases.

  • Participate in industry conferences and events as a speaker, publish thought pieces, and become an active contributor to industry trade organizations.

  • Mentor and train support staff.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in Linear TV, Digital Media, Consulting, or related fields.

  • Multiyear experience across Linear and Digital media is required.

  • 5+ years of Product Development experience focusing on DDL/Optimized Linear, Addressable (Linear and Digital), DAI, and Data advertising products.

  • Demonstrated success at working with agile, cross-functional teams and across vendors to build strong relationships

  • A thorough understanding of the current linear and digital media landscape, currencies and measurement, Streaming platforms and services, and programmatic advertising

  • Extensive knowledge of Freewheel and Google Ad
    Manager ad serving platforms

  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical people at all levels, including senior management

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results

  • Experience within Sports, Entertainment, or News content genres is a bonus.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $222,500.00-267,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
