The Data Analyst designs scalable solutions, sets best practices, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance for complex systems and projects. * Derive actionable business insights from data * Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. * Drive best practices in software development and system design. * Collaborate with Corporate, Program, and Customer stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. * Create data visualizations for effective business communication * Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency. * Troubleshoot critical system issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution. * Advocate for a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and/or certification(s) will be considered in lieu of degree. * Active pursuit of Master's degree in Advanced Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * Expertise in Microsoft data visualization tools such as PowerBI required. * Expertise with SQL syntax queries required for structured data as well as familiarity with non-structured data. * Expertise in database management, software development, and system architecture required. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) required. * Experience with Cognos desired. * Experience in coding languages such as Java, Python, and PHP Laravel web frameworks desired. * Experience identifying data features and building predictive models desired. * Experience with AI/ML preferred. * Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability principles. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and leadership abilities.
