We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy to join our dynamic Customer Team at Tomorrow. As our Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and operationalizing our Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy. Partnering closely with our Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will serve as the driving force behind hyper-growth - connecting the dots across teams, removing friction, and acting as the operational backbone of our Enterprise GTM. This role is not traditional sales; it demands full ownership of cross-functional alignment, strategic initiative leadership, and hands-on execution to unlock high-impact opportunities. Your work will directly shape our ability to deliver exceptional value at scale, accelerate market penetration, and achieve ambitious 7-figure growth targets.

Anticipated salary range for this role is $135k-$150k subject to local market and candidates skills and experience, with an additional variable component.
