As a Cabana Host, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE:$12.00 hourly plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Deliver a seamless and professional experience by assisting with cabana arrivals/departures and walk-ins and all other tasks associated with cabana check-ins and check-outs. Assist with inventory for ordering of supplies and ensure cabanas are set up prior to opening each day. Work closely with VIP services and beverage team to ensure guests are receiving the highest level of service possible. Achieve a positive and lasting impression by ensuring correct charges and credits are posted, collecting payments, handling room and credit transactions, and demonstrating responsibility in balancing all transactions using proper cash handling procedures. Answer incoming guest, internal and external calls including radio communications, assist with cabana check in and wait lists, prepare and stock cabanas for guests, perform opening and closing duties for cabanas and maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift which includes straightening and stacking of chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, and moving chairs.
