Job Summary Provide "silver lining" support to our insureds and claimants dealing with losses or injuries resulting from bodily injury, PIP, construction defect, and general liability claims. This role is for more experienced claims adjusters with related experience in these areas. The internal deadline to apply is 5/12/25. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open. Work Location Hybrid or Remote This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. Responsibilities & Qualifications Job Description: We are seeking a skilled claims professional to independently manage a variety of moderate to complex claims, including bodily injury, personal injury protection (PIP), construction defect, and general liability property damage. This role requires strong critical thinking to analyze and determine coverage, conduct thorough investigations, and assess liability and damages. Key responsibilities include negotiating settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys; applying deep knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, contracts, and risk transfer principles; and preparing reservation of rights and denial letters. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate claim files, set appropriate reserves, and present claims to review committees while meeting departmental audit standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to team initiatives and organizational change. This position is preferably based in the Milwaukee or Madison metro area. Preferred Qualifications:
