Summary/Objective
Reporting to the ROC Operations Supervisor, the Senior Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading the team in the recycling and salvage operations to meet goals and maintain effective support for stores. This position is also responsible for assisting the Supervisor(s) and/or Manager in the training and development of new leads and may be assigned a leadership role in additional responsibilities in the support of the operation.
Responsible for delivering on the Goodwill 4Ps: People, Production, Protect the Brand and Profitability.

- Lead personnel in the daily completion of job duties and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training and evaluation of the Warehouse Team Leads.
- Assist in the hiring, training and evaluation of ROC staff.
- Ensures compliance to policies and procedures.
- Ensures efficient and accurate recycling and/or baling of materials through the ROC.
- Meet production numbers as set by divisional management.
- Coordinate with Outlet to effectively rotate tables through the sales floor (maximize processing of inbound salvage product).
- Ensures loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followed.
- Directs movement of materials and shipments of finished goods.
- Directs the collection, baling and disposal of salvage material.
- Ensuring staff performs duties according to safety expectations and procedures.
- Ensuring the physical safety of the ROC area.
- Communicating safety issues and concerns to ensure quick resolution.
- Monitors use and wear of department equipment, reporting issues.
- A role model for a positive attitude, leadership and professionalism.
- Attend meetings as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

This job operates in a warehouse environment.
Physical Demand
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a physical role. The employee must have the ability to communicate verbally and apply active listening skills, bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach, and stand as necessary. This role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull medium weight up to 50 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked change in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
- This is a full-time position.
- Work schedule will vary onsite at assigned location.
This position works a flexible schedule in support of opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays to support business needs open 7 days per week, with varied hours 7am to 7 pm. - This position may require occasional travel within the MoKan region across retail locations, meetings and events, and Mission Support Center.
Qualifications
The role will be a proven leader with the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in warehouse environment is preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in supervision is preferred.
- Experience or working knowledge of product movement and a warehouse environment
- Experience or ability to operate an electric pallet stacker and forklift with a warehouse safety background.
