Job Title: Irrigation Helper/Apprentice Location with zip code: 965 Sunshine Lane, Altamonte, FL 32701 Duration: 03+ months Pay rate: $18/hr. on W2 without benefits Shift: 1st Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Irrigation Helper/Apprentice to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Role & Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of irrigation systems (pipes, valves, controllers, and sprinklers) Help diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other system issues Perform trenching, digging, and backfilling as needed Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Learn and apply irrigation system basics, including zones, timers, and water pressure management Physically fit - able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, dig, and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation to job sites Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Support routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems, including troubleshooting leaks, clogs, and electrical components. Help with system startups in spring and winterizations in fall Load and unload equipment and materials.
