Job Title: Inventory Analyst / Analyst 4 Location with zip code: Coralville, IA 52241 Pay Rate: $34.00/hr. to $38.00/hr. Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM Duration: 6 + months Job Description: Supply chain Analyst 5 / Inventory Analyst 5: Develop and maintain budget analysis and reporting tools to be utilized by department heads and budget administrators when analyzing monthly results. Perform financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances. Train and assist department heads and budget administrators in use of budget reporting tools and work with them to establish consistent monthly reporting protocols. Document all procedures and processes in a desk manual and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting process, improve quality and usefulness of data, and improve customer satisfaction and add value to the budget reporting function. Experience Required: Excel (Pivot tables and Vlook Ups); SAP, prior Education Required: Minimum education requirement is HS Diploma/Equivalent with 8-9 years of experience Supply chain Analyst 4 / Inventory Analyst 4: Seeking: Organized team player; goal/results driven, HIGH ACCURACY, strong interpersonal skills, cross-departmental communication with internal customers. Manages the activities in such functions as stockroom operations, inventory control, and/or material distribution. Note: There would be zero material handling work allowed as that is a union function. There is limited handling of parts at desk for analysis once union has pulled. Role & Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and manage cycle counts, recounts, and the reconciling of cycle counts. Work with shift supervisors to identify and resolve inventory issues. Audit response responsibility to internal and external audit on inventory accuracy and cycle counts. Maintains effective communication with customers to better understand support requirements. Manage the inventory adjustment report. Required Experience: Excel (Pivot tables and Vlook Ups); SAP, prior Education: Minimum education requirement is HS Diploma/Equivalent.
