About This Role
The Leasing Project Coordinator will support UScellular's leasing operations team on all administrative tasks related to projects for inbound colocations. This may include but not be limited to reviewing tenant applications for completeness and accuracy, creating/maintaining systems, procuring services, coordinating logistical details for projects, generating reports, and supporting tenant relationships.
- Monitor mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses for tenant inquiries related to project submission and status.
- Manage the issuance of purchase order requests and invoices or all tenant inbound colocations projects; ensure financial systems related to invoicing are updated timely and accurately.
- Serve as first point of contact for tenants and site acquisition agents for questions around purchase order requests and invoicing; ensure timely and accurate collections of project related invoices.
- Partner with accounting, purchasing, and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate PO issuance, invoice approvals, and coding of all architectural and engineering (A&E) and construction vendors.
- Administer all tasks related to the prompt and proper execution of tenant leases and other documents associated with the inbound colocation process: review documents to determine the execution procedure, ensuring legal approval, and generating paperwork required to shepherd all documents through the executive signing process, and tracking through the signature process.
- Review leasing documentation and W-9 forms and initiate the vendor and customer creation process.
- Responsible for the return of fully executed documents to the applicant.
- Assist Leasing Specialist(s) with administrative related tasks as needed.
- Assist Tower Sales Support Specialist with tenant inquiries in times of high volume.
- Assist with all other administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of administrative experience (can include internships) , preferably in real estate, accounting, finance, legal, or related industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
