The Customer Service Analyst for United Linen Services is responsible for operational management of the linen management software (ABS) and overall client relationships. This role will focus on increasing plant to customer efficiency, client and plant performance and eliminating waste.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field), or 4 years of applicable experience in sales or customer service 2. West Virginia Drivers license and must be insurable EXPERIENCE: 1. 4 years of applicable experience in sales or customer service CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Develops and manages key process improvement initiatives for customers and United Linen Services 2. Assures that all daily linen needs for customers are managed in a proficient, expeditious manner. 3. Assists with developing long-range planning for optimum use of United Linen Service assets as the business develops with the addition of new customers and services. 4. Manages all logistics and delivery driver's schedules. Make arrangements for substitute drivers in the event that the scheduled driver cannot perform his/her duties. This may include performing the driver's duties if there is not another option. 5. Works with and advises the Production Manager to assess work progress and resolve internal work problems. 6. Assures that all work assignments and time schedules maximize productivity and provide for adequate shift coverage. 7. Meets/completes obligations (i.e., projects, meetings, deadlines, etc.) punctually and on time. 8. Serves on committees as requested. 9. Administers performance improvement and system reengineering initiatives targeted towards hospital cost reduction and "best in class" performance. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1.
