Who you are

You are a student with a strong interest in commercial real estate ready to join our dynamic team in our Cleveland office. You're highly organized and have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything you do. You bring a customer service-oriented attitude who thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment. You will assist with research, data analysis, property listings, client presentations, and will have the opportunity to participate in real estate transactions. You're flexible and love variety in your work. You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You also love to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas with others to achieve amazing results.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with online data farming and analysis utilizing MS Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and MACROs.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
  • Currently active real estate license is a plus but not required.

What success looks like

  • You will conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
  • You will manage database updates/data entry and property websites (property, company, and contact information).
  • You will generate information for proposals/presentations and property marketing efforts. Shadow marketing and brokerage professionals to observe their daily tasks. Learn and utilize industry-standard marketing tools and software.
  • You will collaborate with our Research Analyst on sales comparables and market reports. Gather information on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • You will work alongside brokerage teams to prospect and identify market needs. Assist in various marketing and brokerage initiatives to support business development.
  • You can grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.

The Hourly Range for this Role is: $20.00 Hour

Our Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The rate displayed on this job posting is the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
