Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6) Department/Organization: 600152 - Nutrition Normal Work Schedule: Varies Job Summary: The Performance Nutrition Specialist provides nutrition care and support for all aspects of the nutrition program. Additional Department Summary: Oversees nutrition bar operations. Assists in training and supervision of student workers and nutrition interns. Assists in tracking and reporting nutrition data and outcomes. Manages procurement of all nutrition items. Provides nutrition and hydration support all performance settings. Drafts and presents performance-oriented nutrition education materials and presentations. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in clinical nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, public health nutrition, exercise physiology, or other nutrition/ dietetics related degree. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Registered Dietitian Preferred Qualifications: Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics or related fields. Experience in college, pro, elite athlete sports environments. Experience with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
