Description Our customer is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in DMV and has a large presence across the East Coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers (TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle). Our customer is looking for either an experience or completely green equipment mechanic to service their telecommunications equipment. This equipment could be for the aerial or underground construction team and can vary from Excavators, Dump Trucks, Small Cell Gear Tools, etc. Almost all of their equipment is diesel so someone with a diesel engine experience would be great but overall mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is necessary. Right now they have a very experienced Mechanic who is working towards retirement in next 1-2 years and this is an opportunity for someone to learn from him and make a long-term career at KCI. They will be working hand in hand with foreman of the "yard" who is also a TEK former. These mechanics will receive great exposure to not only the telecommunications industry, but cutting edge 5G technology. Needs to be on-time and ability to work in a team and independent environment. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
