Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, networking, have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers, other human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization's needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Regional TA Manager.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources required.

2. Master's degree preferred.

3. At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.

4. 1-3 years of recruitment preferred.

5. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.

7. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management skills required.

8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.

9. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.

10. Experience with ATS systems required.

11. Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets

12. Analyzing data and preparing report

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75,000 to $105,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
