The Position

The Opportunity
In this position, you will also take ownership of integrating new employees within the teams they support to ensure the employees have a positive experience and are effectively connected to the resources needed to succeed in their roles. This role builds and maintains important partnerships across US local and global organizations and stays updated on current events and company initiatives that impact the teams.

This role requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures. Works independently on assignments related to Finance and Commercial Operations and exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving department functions. Leads or participates in project initiatives and acts as a subject matter expert to other administrative partners.

  • Manages the preparation processes for internal and external meetings, including the logistics.
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships across the business to effectively learn and leverage company resources to drive business effectiveness within the department.
  • Proposes and executes continuous improvement solutions within the department to drive business effectiveness. Makes data-driven recommendations to streamline operations.
  • Prepares and initiates routine and non-routine internal/external correspondence and memoranda.
  • Stewards candidate interviewing and new hire onboarding activities within the department.
  • Leads/coordinates special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements for N-3 Leaders
  • Strategically manages a leader's time, looking for opportunities to reprioritize and maximize the leader's effectiveness

Who You Are:

  • You hold two years of administrative experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and employ advanced reasoning skills with the ability to work with highly confidential information. And well-developed analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $55,400 and $102,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
