Krispy Kreme's Senior Integrated Business Planning Manager is focused on connecting the long-term strategic plan to operational planning. This highly visible and influential position requires exceptional drive and energy, strong strategic and analytical skills, financial and business acumen, highly effective verbal and written communications skills, and the organizational agility to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. You will work within the US business and lead the IBP process to ensure connectivity between functions and across the organization, as well as work extremely closely with the GLT as the champion of business planning processes used to drive results. This individual will need to influence both the leadership team as well as team members across the organization to provide a clear mechanism for decision making, and to remove obstacles that prevent successful achievement of results. A broad-based skill set, with strong business acumen and agility to respond to a changing landscape is required. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Integrated Business Planning
- Process leader of the end-to-end IBP process for the US Business.
- Govern existing IBP process in accordance with agreed practices & principles. Identify and lead all continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead the cross functional team of step owners, process managers & facilitators that drive the running and development of IBP processes and subprocesses and ensure connectivity between the steps.
- Lead the development and facilitation of the MBR (Step 5) meeting each period with the respective Step leadership teams, including the GLT members.
- Embed IBP in the ways of working. Identify gaps, drive change management as required, hold step facilitators accountable for delivering best practices.
- Proactively manages any risks & opportunities through effective and collaborative communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including the GLT.
- Ensure business ability to identify and react to changes in planned performance against annual plan and in the competitive environment.
- Onboard new associates with the process and their role in successful execution of the process.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
- 8+ years of either direct IBP experience and/or related marketing, supply planning, and/or finance experience, with some strategic program experience.
- The ideal candidate will have an additional 1-2 years' experience in strategy and/or business process. Candidates will be assessed for high potential for development within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBS preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to resolution, and implement change.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills. Must be able to convince, influence, and motivate all levels within the business to achieve objectives.
- Ability to focus on the long-term strategic imperatives for the business, while at the same time being aware of short-term pressures and providing guidance and challenges to short-term decisions.
- Must have a high degree of self-direction with the ability to constantly seek innovative ways to drive and implement process improvements efficiently.
- Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to drive change.
- Experience evaluating the performance of the business and what levers should be pulled to drive performance.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate highly complex findings to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities.
