Position Summary:

Regal Rexnord's Corporate IT team is seeking a proficient, professional, and energetic individual for 'The Manager II, ERP' position. This role involved managing IT associates, IT operations, relationships with Stakeholders, and strategic initiatives, including platform upgrade, of Planning and Forecasting processes running on Oracle VCP and EBS ERP systems.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working on Oracle VCP modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra and Inventory Optimization (all on version 12.2.11). Equally good knowledge and experience in related Oracle EBS modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing (all on version 12.1.3) is a must have. Know-how of Manufacturing Scheduling and Execution Systems will be a nice to have.

Major Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Promote Regal Rexnord values and create a supportive environment.

Functional / Technical Management:

  • Lead a team to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Oracle VCP and EBS ERP platforms.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades.
  • Resolve service requests and provide production support.
  • Improve system performance and reliability.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver Oracle VCP and EBS solutions.
  • Participate in process improvement events.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide post-implementation support.

Standards & Best Practices:

  • Establish and follow standards for software design and testing.
  • Use systematic techniques for effective system design.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Guide team members in documenting system specifications and designs.
  • Ensure compliance with management processes.

Incident Management & Maintenance:

  • Respond to and resolve production incidents.
  • Perform routine maintenance and enhance system performance.
  • Automate and maintain system integrations.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent related experience

  • 15+ years of experience building and supporting solutions based on Oracle VCP / EBS Supply Chain R12 (Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization) in global environment - with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations or 5+ years of experience managing solution delivery (monitoring, maintaining, enhancing, integrating and upgrading)

  • Awareness or Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred

Functional / Technical Skills:

  • Highly skilled in designing and delivering planning and forecasting solutions based on Oracle VCP (12.2) modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Inventory Optimization, and Demantra

  • Proficient in managing design and delivery of technical solutions leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite's APIs, Open Interfaces structure, VCP / EBS data models, building RICEW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Extension, Workflow) or CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) objects, Forms, Form Personalization, XML Publisher, OA Framework, SQL, PL/SQL (Stored procedures, packages and triggers), Bulk processing, ETL operations, REF cursors, collections, etc.

  • Comprehensive knowledge in collection methods, plan parameters, Demantra and Inventory Optimization architecture

  • Ability to analyze and resolve supply-demand exceptions and issues as per SLAs

  • Experience with SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Data Loader, Export/Import, TKPROF, Oracle scheduler, Advanced Queues, Object management

  • Proficient in tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, Data Modeling tools, Version Control tools.

  • UNIX shell scripting experience (desired)

  • Conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)

  • Professional Certification(s) like Supply Chain industry or Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (strongly desired)

  • Working experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain (Discrete Manufacturing) modules (strongly desired)

Travel: 35% of time - mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events

Language: English

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

The annual base salary range: $100,000-$155,000
