Regal Rexnord's Corporate IT team is seeking a proficient, professional, and energetic individual for 'The Manager II, ERP' position. This role involved managing IT associates, IT operations, relationships with Stakeholders, and strategic initiatives, including platform upgrade, of Planning and Forecasting processes running on Oracle VCP and EBS ERP systems. This position requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working on Oracle VCP modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra and Inventory Optimization (all on version 12.2.11). Equally good knowledge and experience in related Oracle EBS modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing (all on version 12.1.3) is a must have. Know-how of Manufacturing Scheduling and Execution Systems will be a nice to have. Major Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development:

Travel: 35% of time - mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events Language: English The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. The annual base salary range: $100,000-$155,000
