Responsibilities
- Provide project management leadership focused on material sourcing and readiness for New Product Developments that balance identifying optimal supply chain solutions during prototype build phases while meeting production manufacturing cost targets.
- Engagement with procurement, materials engineering, quality, global manufacturing, and R&D teams to lead or facilitate obtaining project deliverables related to supplier sourcing, part or subassembly quotations, prototype schedules, material deliveries, artwork readiness for transition to production manufacturing, and ramping product volume to support production requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement teams in the development of sourcing or Contract Manufacturing strategies for Commodities that support new product development.
- Partner with global teams throughout Keysight to manage material delivery schedules and production or project schedule requirements.
- Active participant in the cross-function Product Management team to optimize innovation and time to market.
- Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Works in conjunction with Technical Order Fulfillment, IT and R&D partners to ensure supply chain design that addresses new product business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or equivalent
- Typically, 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing or Supply Chain design
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP methodology
- Proven ability to influence across teams
- Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to retain and relay large amounts of information
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to be self-directed and comfortable with various levels of ambiguity in a project development setting
Pay Range:
