IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY The Customer Quality and Warranty Engineer is responsible for managing various customer quality and warranty functions, including communication with management and customers, and supporting Gentherm manufacturing locations. This role also involves leading and driving Gentherm's global warranty targets and customer quality improvement plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REPONSIBILITIES
