Summary:
Oversees, develops and executes strategy for Document Shared Services Operations, to encompass incoming and outgoing communications, including document imaging, records services, print mail, insurance contract distribution and mail distribution services.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the operations strategy by providing centralized business services through the Document Shared Services organization
- Translates operations business strategy to operational objectives by directing centralized services that further the objectives of the strategy.
- Ensures key operational, administrative, budget, and overall production expectations are met on a regular and consistent basis; includes operations performed either inside or through a strategic partner.
- Sets the direction for long range organizational change and business process redesign to keep Document Shared Services in alignment with the operations strategy
- Oversees the strategic direction for the records management program for the company.
- Understands the regulatory and compliance considerations from a mail perspective and leads the team to ensure first line of defense controls are executed upon timely.
- Participates as a key stakeholder in cross-departmental projects with an enterprise level focus.
- Directs and oversees internal customer relationships (includes business operations and systems partners) for the enterprise and vendor content delivery services.
- Emulates exceptional collaboration with career distribution when navigating incoming and outgoing communications that directly impact the field.
- Effectively manages staff through staffing models, salary administration, job performance, promotional evaluation, motivation, career and employee development, and training to effectively implement the goals of each area.
- Builds rapport and works cooperatively with a wide variety of people inside and outside the company exercising tact, diplomacy, resourcefulness and understanding in dealing with sensitive and complex cases and issues. To include a strong focus on peer relationships across operational teams within Field & Client Service and Product and Innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of ten years of relevant, progressively responsible business and leadership experience to include coaching and developing others, project/process management and working with vendor/service provider relationships and previous administrative or operational leadership experience and proven success directing and providing strategic leadership for multiple operations, diverse projects, and/or assignments.
- Ability to identify key issues, prioritize their impact, provide recommendations and implement timely solutions and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade and set direction in collaborating across departments and divisions throughout the enterprise.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise operations and field relations.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport, influence and gain acceptance at all levels of the Home Office.
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex and non-routine issues, problem-solving and decision-making skills matched with a high degree of interpersonal, leadership and organization skills.
- Strong interest in people development with proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- MBA preferred.

$123,480.00
Pay Range - End: $229,320.00
Geographic Specific Pay Structure: 220 - Structure 110: 135,800.00 USD - 252,200.00 USD
220 - Structure 115: 142,030.00 USD - 263,770.00 USD
