The scope of the job may require effective delegation to others who will provide timely results. As a Banking Center Leader, you will lead several banking centers in providing an exceptional client experience that delivers a variety of financial service solutions to our clients resulting in greater market share, wallet share and profitability for the bank. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruiting top talent while driving increased performance of the existing teams through training and coaching in the pursuit of small business and consumer clients for the bank. You will have responsibility for you and your team to achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management and loan products. In addition to the duties of managing banking centers, the Banking Center Leader will oversee and manage the creation of campaigns for the Personal Banking Division. Such campaigns will be rolled out generally 4 times a year, however, depending on goals that need to be achieved by the division, could be more frequent. The campaigns will be aimed at supporting banking center associates in achieving and exceeding key goals such as deposit growth, operating account growth, loan growth, digital penetration, and debit card penetration.
