Director of Professional Services Apply Online Tyler Technologies is seeking a transformative leader to drive our Enforcement Mobile division's next growth phase. As our Director of Professional Services, you'll be the strategic architect behind our mission to revolutionize public safety technology. Why This Role Is Different: Not just a job, but a mission to reshape how law enforcement technology serves communities Accelerate a high-growth division from $3M to $10M by 2030 Unprecedented autonomy to design breakthrough operational strategies Work with cutting-edge technology that directly impacts public safety What You'll Accomplish: Lead a dynamic team driving innovation in law enforcement technology Create scalable processes that will become industry benchmarks Transform tactical operations into strategic powerhouses Build infrastructure that connects technology directly to community impact We Want Someone Who: Thrives on turning complex challenges into scalable solutions Has an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision Wants to make a tangible difference in public safety technology Sees beyond metrics to the human impact of technology Location College Station, Texas \| Troy, Michigan Responsibilities Manage and optimize $3M services P&L for Enforcement Mobile Develop and implement repeatable, scalable operational processes Establish comprehensive performance metrics tracking utilization and contract rates Lead a team of 30 professional services professionals Serve diverse market segments from small police departments to statewide agencies Create infrastructure connecting operational activities to strategic business objectives Drive team performance and professional development Support business expansion across public safety technology sectors Qualifications Required: 10+ years professional services leadership experience Proven track record scaling service organizations Experience managing P&L for technology services Strong understanding of service organization metrics Demonstrated ability to transform tactical operations to strategic frameworks Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field Preferred: Public safety or law enforcement technology background Experience in high-growth technology environments Advanced degree Familiarity with professional services transformation State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements Salary will generally fall between $117,345 - $154,401 before adjustment for geographic differences.
