Our Incora Story is really taking off - we'd love you to join us for the journey. The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting our Americas treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management, risk assessment and financial forecasting. About the role
- Monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties.
- Assist Treasury Manager with identifying foreign currency risks and recommending strategies to minimize exposures.
- Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into global cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics and key performance indicators.
- Processing of trade and overhead payments in multiple currencies. Review of existing payment templates for accounts in Americas and ensure usage for manual payments required.
- Perform intraday and end of day bank account reconciliation.
- Manage and maintain company signatory database for all bank accounts in Americas. Work with banking partners for updates as needed.
- Support Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and documentation requirements.
- Annually support FBAR reporting on bank accounts.
- Assist with short- and long-term intercompany settlements, transactions and documentation.
- Work with Treasury Management system to keep updated and work on improvements to current processes.
- Preparation of daily and monthly treasury reports.
- Develop and maintain desk procedures for Treasury operations in the Americas region.
- Support functional departments (i.e. operations, inventory, supply chain and accounts payable) with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices.
- Track bank fees monthly and work with partner banks on services used and fees associated.
- Develop and maintain positive dealings with relationship banks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency with banking platforms and treasury management systems.
- Knowledge of the bank products and services.
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software).
- Proficiency in accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives accurately and efficiently and to finish assigned tasks or projects on time.
