Data Management Operations Manager - USCA

As the Data Management Operations Manager - USCA, you will lead a team of professional data management/data analysts and will serve as the liaison between business, operations, sales, and IT to ensure that data related business requirements for maintaining and protecting data are clearly defined, communicated, understood.

Responsibilities:

• Develop inventory of the enterprise master data process maps, including data systems and owners of data.

• Help develop and implement data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise for master data domains (Customer /Supplier /Material/Pricing/Location).

• Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements.

• Resolve issues escalated from Business and Functional areas as well as data governance representatives.

• Lead the team to support achievement of project milestones and meet internal/external commitments.

• Meet budget goals and objectives for department.

• Reviews functional requirements and makes recommendations to satisfy business needs.

• Maintains oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives and leads teams' initiatives from design through implementation.

• Initiates intake of relevant activity to Shared Global Business Service Center while gaining efficiencies, effectiveness and overall benefits to internal GBS and external SBU customers.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar

• 8+ years' of experience in a leadership capacity such as leading projects or teams

• Business and/or Data experience related to ERP platforms such as SAP, QAD, Oracle, JDEdwards, Baan, LN, Dynamics, or other ERP platforms is ideal.

• Strong knowledge of Data Governance Principles, Master Data operations,

• Strong experience with data management operations and provide guidance to internal customers while leading a team and navigating obstacles for special projects.
