The Opportunity

Are you a strategist and an orchestrator? If so, we have an exciting product management role opportunity! The Product Manager is responsible for the commercial success of a subset of products, guiding them through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset. This is a key cross-functional role, unifying and motivating peers across diverse teams, including strategy, innovation, sales, business development, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, and external partners. Serving as a key partner to both Strategy and Business Development, the Product Manager will support the Senior Product Manager in identifying and evaluating market trends, competitive dynamics, emerging opportunities, and client needs to ensure that our products, services, and solutions are strategically aligned with market demands and business strategy. Acting as a representative of both the business and the client, the Product Manager brings commercialization expertise to support the successful launch of new offerings and the continuous enhancement of existing solution portfolios-playing a critical role in driving Ulteig's growth and long-term value creation.

What You'll Do

Insights & Market Intelligence



  • Partner with the Intelligence team to gather and assess competitive intelligence, conduct competitive analyses, and identify market opportunities.
  • Conduct and synthesize competitive intelligence and positioning analyses to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Support monitoring of competitor marketing, features, and go-to-market tactics to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry developments and regulatory changes to understand their implications for Ulteig and its clients.
  • Collaborate on MVP, prototype, and early-stage concept testing to ensure new ideas resonate with real client needs.


Strategic Direction



  • Support Senior Product Manager in developing the long-term strategic product roadmaps designed to maximize market impact and drive growth throughout North America.
  • Support Senior Product Manager in developing vision and strategy for client technology-enabled products, services or solutions and champion alignment across the organization.
  • Partner with Senior Product Manager to prioritize and select product, service or solution enhancements based on client value, business impact, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Innovation leadership to identify and develop strategic partnerships that support product growth and differentiation.
  • Assist in writing and presenting business cases for new or enhanced offerings, ensuring they are grounded in market data, client needs, and financial viability.


Development & Execution



  • Translate client needs and business objectives into actionable Agile product requirements by collaborating with the software development team to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and maintain a strategically aligned product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and delivers value through each iteration
  • Provide direction to the software development team and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure client perspectives are embedded in product decisions and delivery.
  • Verify readiness and completeness of products, services, or solutions before release to ensure quality and alignment with defined requirements.


Commercialization & Launch



  • Identify and propose innovative delivery models such as consulting services, licensing, or subscription to enhance value and scalability.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Product Marketing Specialist to ensure effective positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
  • Partner with Finance & Pricing Analyst to evaluate pricing strategies, assess revenue and margin impacts, and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Specialist to create effective and tailored sales enablement materials that support market penetration and client engagement.


Business Development & Evangelism



  • Support Sales with product training, tailored client demos, sales presentations, and the creation of sales enablement content that clearly communicates value propositions.
  • Partner with the Proposals team to ensure accurate product positioning in responses, and use client feedback from wins/losses to refine roadmaps and pricing models.
  • Create competitive differentiation and strengthen client relationships by contributing to innovative and creative product marketing in partnership with the Product Marketing Specialist.
  • Serve as a product evangelist-clearly articulating value to clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders through presentations, education, and advocacy.


Performance Monitoring & Client Feedback



  • Monitor adoption and usage metrics to evaluate product, service, or solution success in the market.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback, case studies, and success stories to validate product value and guide future enhancements.
  • Track and report on product performance indicators such as ROI, retention, and user engagement.


Leadership & Influence



  • Support change management initiatives and influence leadership teams by advocating for the product vision and client-centric decision-making.
  • Turn plans into action by clearly articulating challenges, strategic rationale, and actionable steps required to drive progress in product development and commercialization.
  • In addition to leading product initiatives, serve as a cross-functional leader or contributor on key organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Be a visible advocate for the Ulteig brand, championing a consistent, high-quality client experience.


What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years related work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years product management experience required.
  • Master's degree or MBA Degree a plus.
  • B2B experience, preferred.
  • Service, software, or technology product management experience a plus.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

    Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $108,000 - $146,000
    * Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
