Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal team in managing contracts, leases, immigration records, and legal documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, including confidentiality agreements, real estate documentation, contract tracking, and visa compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing NDAs to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Real Estate Documentation: Gather leases and other real estate documents, ensuring proper storage in the legal database.
• Contract Tracking & Amendments: Monitor lease agreements and other contracts, assisting with simple amendments and updates.
• Legal File Room Management: Help organize and maintain legal files, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage.
• Visa & Green Card Tracking: Assist in maintaining and managing the master list of employees with visas and green cards, ensuring records are up to date and compliance requirements are met.
• General Legal Support: Provide assistance to attorneys and other legal department personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a law degree or related legal studies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools or legal technology is a plus.
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
