Genesis10 is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a 1 year contract with our retail client in Richfield, MN. Hybrid in office 3 days a week, some travel, no more than 3-5 days a month. Summary: Tell us about your department: Facilities, Responsible for repair and maintenance in 900+ Retail stores. The department supports on demand break-fix repairs like electrical and plumbing; scheduled maintenance like janitorial or landscaping. Plus, capital replacement of roofs, parking lots, countertops, store re-carpets. Responsibilities:

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $32-$34/Hr. We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
