About The Position The Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist will support the execution of Ameren's Generation Transformation Plan by working cross-functionally with key leaders and teams on project due diligence in support of contract negotiations and regulatory approval for renewable acquisitions - build and development transfer agreements. This individual is responsible for cross-functional team coordination and timely communication on diligence activities, status, and risks and mitigation plans identified. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications Renewable Energy Development Specialist Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University is required. Two or more years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in or knowledge of Energy Generation, Renewable Energy Development, Transaction M&A, and/or other aspects of Sustainability preferred. Project management experience preferred. Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting relationships preferred. Senior Renewable Energy Development Specialist Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University is required. Five or more years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in or knowledge of Energy Generation, Renewable Energy Development, Transaction M&A, and/or other aspects of Sustainability preferred. Project management experience preferred. Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting relationships preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Level of position will be based upon applicants experience and qualifications. Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $133,900.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
