Position Overview
ISPA Technology LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support mission-critical systems under NAVWAR (Naval Information Warfare Systems Command) and PEO C4I (Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence). This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to securing the Navy's most vital information systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities


  • Lead cybersecurity architecture design, system integration, and risk assessments across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in accordance with DoD, NAVWAR, and PEO C4I security requirements.
  • Conduct system vulnerability analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and support risk management decisions.
  • Prepare and manage cybersecurity documentation, including Security Assessment Reports (SAR), System Security Plans (SSP), and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
  • Collaborate with system engineers, program managers, and ISSMs to ensure Authorization to Operate (ATO) timelines are met.
  • Maintain compliance with DoD 8570.1 requirements, including IAM, IAT, or IASAE Level I certifications as needed for position designation.



Required Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science or an equivalent field.


  • 10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, ideally with a background in DoD or naval systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system integration efforts and lifecycle cybersecurity support within Navy environments.


  • Must meet DoD 8570.1 requirements at IAM Level I, IAT Level I, or IASAE Level I



Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
