The Mobile Device Specialist (formerly Technical Support Specialist) provides customer service for our Government Client with cell phone and smartphone inventory and solves technical problems on mobile devices. Essential functions: Manage the mobile device program, including: maintaining a cell phone inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics. Essential job skills are technical abilities, smartphone support, troubleshooting & repair on iPhones and flip phones. Diagnose problems and make minor repairs of mobile devices, computers, and other IT equipment. Provide monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics. Inventory management, receiving shipments, restocking, and able to lift 50 lbs. Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the mobile device inventory with a high level of accuracy. Subcontractor is not excluded from providing labor in support of other Task Areas as required, if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the Program.
