Creating a career you love? It's Possible. The Sales Productivity team empowers sellers to increase revenue through automated and efficient tools. We continuously improve our products to support the diverse requirements of our sales organization. In this role, you will lead engineering initiatives to build and enhance workflows that identify account growth possibilities, offer suggested sales strategies, integrate AI-powered assistance, and minimize manual work. You will work with a collaborative, cross-functional team to streamline account management, enabling sellers to concentrate on achieving results. Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of seller needs, effective collaboration with engineering teams, investigation of latest AI/LLM best practice, and the delivery of high-quality end-to-end solutions.
