IDS International is recruiting for an experiencedRecruiterto join our team! The Recruiter will beresponsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). They recruitfor headquarters, project site, proposal, and consultant positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for all internal, proposal and project sites recruiting needs
  • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Sources and screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (JazzHR).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Ensures positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting full life cycle recruiting, ideallyfor a government contractor.
  • Experience successfully recruiting candidates with high security clearance levels.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for Proposal efforts preferred.
  • Experience creating position descriptions from Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work.
  • Memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
