..Responsibilities:

* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

* Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

* Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

* Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.

* Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
