Title: Contracts Manager Location: Wenatchee, WA Duration: 18 month contract w/ extensions Schedule: M-F, first shift, 8 hour days, 40 hour weeks Compliance: Willing to consent to Background Check Pay Rate: Flexible based on Contracts experience *Top Required Skills:* 1) 10+ years of Contract Management experience 2) Experience working within hyper-scale Data Center construction projects preferred 3) Microsoft Office, Areeba, SharePoint, Compass, PDF editing software *Years of experience required* - They are looking for 10+ years of experience in procurement (RFP, RFQs). Operations experience is a plus. Government, oil and gas, construction industries are the sectors they would like to see candidates out of. Experience separates them from the best compared to average experience. Especially in procurement/operations. Looking for someone who has strong experience understanding statement of work (SOW). *Performance indicators* - Both deadlines, quality of work, timeliness of RFPs from start to finish, and stakeholder feedback. * Responsibilities Include:* - With PM assistance prepare Contract Strategy Documents - Review and assist with preparation of Single Source Justifications Award Recommendations and Contract documents - Review and assist with preparation of Scope of Work documents - Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements - Establish Negotiation Plans and conduct or participate in negotiations - Manage the RFP process including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings - Process change orders RFIs submittals notification letters and purchase agreements - Assist with and when appropriate implement new contract process controls - Communicate with the home office on a regular basis regarding Procurement matters - Produce and compile accurate reports for the project team stakeholders and clients - Develop an advanced understanding of construction and related contract agreements - Conduct price analysis modeling purchase-price cost analysis and identify competitive benchmarks - Attend and contribute to Commercial meetings. *Qualifications:* - Experience in Construction of Data Centers is required. - At least ten years of experience in procurement and contract administration working on a variety of projects to include technology-based clients - Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFPs/RFIs - Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships - Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships - Experience in planning leading and structuring negotiations with both internal and external customers and suppliers to optimize value - Effective time management and organizational skills - Proficiency and experience with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques - Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication influencing and persuasion skills - Results-focused with a proactive approach to workload *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
