Role Description and Responsibilities As a BIOVIA Marketing Intern, you will develop the assets needed to promote our solutions. This internship will be a core part of the team in creating graphics used for sales and marketing campaigns. This internship requires you to know Adobe Creative Suite and will be creating any of the following: * White Papers / Datasheets / Customer Case Studies * PowerPoint Presentations * Creation of mockups / photo retouching * Trade Shows booths or banners * Social posts Qualifications * Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop * Archiving and retrieving artwork and electronic files * Proficiency with video editing in Adobe Premier Pro and After Affects is a plus but not required * Organized, detailed-oriented self-starter with the ability to create project plans and prioritize multiple demands * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint * Maintain the brand with layout specifications across all marketing materials ensuring style consistency * Ensure all design adheres to required brand identity requirements * Self-driven, follows instructions, good communication, motivated, fast worker, positive attitude, pride in delivering quality and quickly. This is a 4 month paid internship on-site at our San Diego, CA office starting June 2025. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
