We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team in our Wilmington, DE area.

Position Details:

  Provides staff supervision by setting clear expectations and ensuring staff have necessary tools and resources

  
  
• 
  

  Monitors staff performance and provides ongoing training and support

  
  
• 
  

  Documents attendance and verifies weekly timesheets

  
  
• 
  

  Monitors available leave and schedule adherence; approves and denies leave requests

  
  
• 
  

  Tracks FMLA usage

  
  
• 
  

  Manages daily operations of the program(s)

  
  
• 
  

  Assists in monitoring authorizations, as applicable

  
  
• 
  

  Implements policies and procedures as directed

  
  
• 
  

  Participates in marketing, development, and expansion of programs, including creating proposals to expand services

  
  
• 
  

  Reviews care and treatment plans for individuals and evaluates program processes to ensure quality support

  
  
• 
  

  Monitors program performance using key indicators and compiles data as requested

  
  
• 
  

  Represents the program(s) in status meetings with County and State offices

  
  
• 
  

  Assists with developing quality improvement initiatives

  
  
• 
  

  Reviews and evaluates program goals, activities, policies, and procedures

  
  
• 
  

  Performs other related duties as assigned
