Senior SharePoint Developer

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is searching for a SharePoint Developer to support a critical mission in Charlottesville, VA.

You will provide systems engineering services for the installation, documentation, optimization, architecture and upgrading of SharePoint on-premises farms across four networks in support of the web infrastructure. You will expand and optimize current capabilities by implementing advanced features such as workflows, business intelligence dashboards, form creation, content types, metadata, KPIs and Microsoft SQL reporting services. You will troubleshoot and resolve application failures and errors, perform backup, migration, and recovery of SharePoint objects. You will work closely with IT PMs and technical team leads supporting intel missions to analyze user needs and tailor SharePoint solutions to business requirements. You will work with the organization's senior technologists to align to high level schedule and security requirements in support of Army cloud hosting and digital modernization goals.

Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance

• BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• TS//SCI Clearance
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification

Required Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in information technology with specific focus on SharePoint development and administration.
• Experience with security policies, network security, data security, and security event management to adopt cloud security services.
• Experience managing and creating site collections for site owners.
• Experience providing Tier 3 and Tier 4 support to facilitate quick fix solutions or solve architecture design and/or permission issues.
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SharePoint designer to build new sites, and maintain existing sites.
• Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience integrating with MS Teams.
• Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

Experience with Agile software development project methodologies
