Responsibilities
Alliance Health Center is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This person would focus in the Alabama Market. The Business Development Representative serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The BDR is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's addiction services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development, Business Development Team, the Business Development Representative presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. Key Responsibilities: Assists the Director of Business Development in developing and implementing a strategic plan to promote the services offered at Alliance Health Center to all potential referral sources in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of the hospital. Location: State of Alabama Market - North Alabama The Business Development Representative is responsible for implementing the facility's addiction strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Business Development Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment. Alliance Health Center is a multifaceted behavioral and addiction healthcare system comprised of (3) addiction programs to serve adults 18 and older with inpatient and outpatient addiction needs. Programs of service include an inpatient medical detoxification unit, an inpatient dual diagnosis rehabilitation program, a Partial Hospitalization Program with lodging and an Intensive Outpatient Program.
