As a Product Manager focused on Certification Experience, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our certification program experiences, ensuring they provide maximum value to our users seeking to upskill themselves with PMI certifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the certification experience, improve engagement, and drive conversions. In this role, you will define the long-term vision for certification user experience, leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies and market insights to create innovative and accessible certification experiences across all our certifications for professionals worldwide. Your work will ensure that our certification programs meet all industry standards, especially dealing with ANSI and ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: * Define Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the roadmap for professional certification experiences, aligning with business objectives and market needs. Identify opportunities to enhance the certification user experience and increase application conversions. * User Experience & Engagement: Optimize the certification experience, ensuring seamless enrollment, onboarding, submission, credentialing, and verification processes. Implement user feedback loops to improve accessibility, engagement, and satisfaction. * Technology & Platform Enhancements: Work with engineering and design teams to improve platform functionality, integrations, and learner outcomes. Identify emerging technologies such as AI-driven tools to enhance certification user experience. * Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage insights to refine product offerings and improve the certification experience. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize certification performance. * Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on trends in professional certifications, accreditation standards, and emerging learning technologies. Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry research to identify new opportunities. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including certifications, marketing, customer operations, technology, UX research to align strategies and drive success. Develop internal training and enablement programs to ensure teams are equipped to support certifications effectively. * Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure that certification experience meets industry and legal standards, including accreditation requirements for ANSI and ISO where applicable. Work with compliance and legal teams to maintain credibility and trust in certifications. Qualifications & Experience: * 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on certification, credentialing, or professional learning. Experience in the edtech or workforce development space is a plus. * Strong understanding of learning technologies, assessment frameworks, and digital credentialing. Familiarity with platforms like LMS, LTI, or xAPI standards is a plus. * Experience collaborating with accreditation bodies and certification authorities. Proven ability to establish and manage stakeholders. * Proven ability to drive product adoption and optimize user engagement strategies. Experience with automation tools and AI based solutions to enhance application and user profile creation experiences is required. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to break down complex problems and develop scalable solutions. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working in matrixed organizations or global teams is preferred. * Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform product decisions. Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable strategies. * Knowledge of compliance, accreditation, and credential verification processes is a strong advantage.
