What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Experience in community management or a similar function Experience within a global or multicultural environment is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and organization skills Ability to communicate with staff, members, and volunteers Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detail-oriented organization Familiarity with the basic concepts of Agile and Business Agility is a plus but not required.
